Dear Madam,
I am very much thankful to you for giving me this free course (7-lessons)of Pranayama. It was very useful and I never used to like Alom-Vilom. But after reading your Lessons I started doing Alom-Vilom the way you instructed and with full dedication. I am concentrating on the breath and want to achieve something good in my life.
I didn't understand only one thing i.e. You have said that while inhaling slowly we should fill up the lungs fully and then exhale it in the same speed. I request you to kindly guide me how will I come to know that my lungs have filled with the breathe. 1 set = Left Inhale-Right Exhale and then Right Inhale -Left Exhale. I do 40-50 sets at one time.
This is the only doubt I have and would be grateful if you also guide me about the 7 chakras in our body and how to concentrate on that and the goods effects and benefits by following this pranayama.
I thank you once again for giving me such a wonderful guidance and I will keep in touch with you if I have any doubt about yoga and meditation. Please write to me if you have any new article on yoga.
Regards,
Shanthi
