I just completed Lesson #5 of the course and I am very happy it is turning out so favorable. I'm learning basic asanas without any discomfort and I do pranayamas twice a day. I'm eating healthier and snacking less often. I also have more energy throughout the day. Thank you so much for helping me make a positive change in my life. Namaste.

I was completly new to yoga before I read this. Thank you so much for free yoga sessions.
Earlier I thought yoga was very boring, but now I am curious to learn more and more. In fact I want to do it perfectly under a trainer. Thanks Daljit for such a lovely introduction to yoga.
