In the morning, I used to take 2-3 glass of water. Doing yoga from 6 AM to 8 AM. I have normal breakfast and a cup of fruit juice without sugar. In the lunch, I have slices of roti(Indian bread) with veg curry and one cup of curd rice. In the evening, I have a glass of milk without sugar. In the dinner, I have slices of roti with veg curry and milk.
