Two years ago, I was very disturbed in my life and was not happy, not satisfied with myself and my surroundings. I filled up the consultation form on this website to resolve my problems and to get help with yoga. I got prompt response from them. I had sessions with Daljit and she provided me help with detailed instructions about diet, exercise and lifestyle issues. She helped me to start with meditation and motivated me to start doing regular walks. She also guided me to stay connected with yoga and meditation in order to have better control over my emotions.
Overall under her guidance, I came out from my internal pain. I learnt to avoid stressing on unnecessary things, and to think positive and stay positive. I learnt to be happy. I felt a big change in me. I will always be thankful for this valuable guidance and excellent support.
