Hi All
I would like to share my experience of doing Yoga and its impact on my life. I am sharing this because it would definitely help some one in this world.
When I was in fourth month of pregnancy, my husband took me to Yoga class. That time I used to get too much hungry in early morning around 6'o clock. But the class was from 6 AM to 9 AM. I was so afraid to attend the class. But it is really unbelievable that on first day itself once I started doing poses, my hunger was under control and I was able to attend the class without any disturbance.
I really thank my YOGA practice which really makes me more fit than before. I have been practicing Yoga for past three years. If anyone is having similar problem in pregnancy it is good to do yoga(under doctor advice) and your hunger will be under control. Many Thanks..
