Urgent Help For Pranayama

I have done some alternate breathing with my fingers I don't know which one I've done. I am a beginner. I do not know if it is alom vilom or pranayama. After a few minutes of the alternate breathing I feel very light headed and dizzy and my mouth is dry and I have slight temple pain in the left side.
I feel very sleepy but I am scared I must have done something wrong. I also had some pasta then did the breathing. Now I feel very funny, I also feel a bit panicky and scared for some unknown reason. Please help urgently.
AnswerDoing pranayama without guidance can lead to various side efffects. You must observe all the
precautions for pranayama and the technique should be correct.
It is recommended that do not do pranayama on your own. Learn it from an experienced teacher with the correct technique. Also, yoga asanas and pranayama are always done on empty stomach.
It is essential that you learn pranayama and do on your own after complete understanding.
Hope this helps
