It is a fact that I do not exercise enough. I will try to do yog nidra before sleeping and alter my diet.
One more question. Is a partially non veg diet bad in long run?

Editors Note Yogic philosophy recommends to eat vegetarian diet. However, if you are used to eating non vegetarian food, it should not stop you from doing yoga. Keep doing yoga, that is more important for you. Gradually you may be able to stop eating non vegetarian food.
Namaskar, Daily morning in empty stomach I am drinking 1.2 liters of water then waiting for 45 minutes, then only able to go toilet but without any strain.
