Weight Loss With Triphala : Inspired Stories

Hello Friends, I have reduced four Kg in two months. After reading the article and comments from Sunita Verma about using triphala for weight loss, I tried to follow the same process. No rice & Potato.
Before pregnancy my weight was 59 kg and after delivery 67 kg. My son is around 10 months.
After reading the article by Sunita Verma, I tried the same process from 15th April 15 till today i.e 12 June 15. I had reduced 4.5 kgs.
My daily routine was as follows:-
~ Early morning Triphala (Same as Mrs Verma suggested)
~ In Breakfast fruits or Sprouts or Tea or Digestive biscuits.
~ For lunch 2 roti with sabji.
~ Tea @ 5 P.M
~ Evening 1 roti, if very hungry then 2 roti without ghee and dal / sabji.
I am working women, so I have no time for exercise, just household work.

Update by ShwetaNeed to inform you all, I have reduced 10 kgs within 6 months.
The same routine, triphala in the morning and Household work.
